Our most popular service. We visit your home, walk every room and your outdoor property, and review your historical utility bills — then deliver a clear, actionable report you can actually use. Perfect for eco-conscious families, owner-builders, and land buyers ready to reduce their footprint.
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
On-site consultation for land development, including accessibility, water, building siting, energy options, off-grid living, value added (i.e. timber, gravel, etc…). Usually requires half to full day on-site.
SAK HOUSE PACKAGE
Includes a complete set of building plans and elevations, a detailed construction timeline, material lists and recommendations, supplier contacts and our technical support throughout the process.
